Welcome to our picturesque neighborhood. The Crest is an intimate community of approximately 50+ homes 🏘️nestled along the northern border of Sammamish, adjacent to the Evans Creek Preserve 🌲. This community was primarily developed in the 1980s and early 1990s. It is a tight-knit community comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
